Tomasz Zyrmont Quartet is a groove, hard bop, and contemporary jazz quartet delivering highly original music, complemented by a modern twist on some rare standards composed by jazz masters. This project was founded in London by pianist Tomasz Zyrmont in 2022.
The group’s members are highly acclaimed musicians on the London jazz scene, with experience playing and recording alongside artists such as Azymuth, Hermeto Pascoal, Jim Mullen, Tony Kofi, Adam Bałdych, Marcos Valle, Groove Razors, Roots Manuva, Talvin Singh and many others.
Each member of the quartet has extensive international performing experience, having graced stages at a wide variety of venues and festivals across countries like Cuba, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Poland, and the USA. In recent months, the quartet has performed at Ognisko Polskie, the 606 Club, and has begun preparations for recording their original music as a band.

Tomasz Zyrmont is a London-based pianist and composer, recognised for his performances at prestigious events such as the London Jazz Festival, East European Jazz Festival, Yamaha Music Live, Wigmore Lates, and the Jazz FM Discovery Show.
A graduate of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland, Tomasz honed his jazz piano skills before furthering his education at the Guild-hall School of Music and Drama in London.
He has performed with various projects across his native Poland and internationally in the UK, Germany, the USA, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. His appearances have graced iconic venues including the British Parliament, Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, the 606 Club, POSK, Ognisko Polskie, and Boisdale of Canary Wharf.
Tomasz has released two albums of original music and is currently working on his latest project with his jazz quartet!
Sean Khan - acclaimed jazz saxophonist and experienced educator. He has played and headlined at most of the major jazz clubs in the UK from Ronnies Scott’s, Jazz Cafe, Cargo, Koko to the 606 club. He has also performed at variety of festivals and clubs abroad and has played in France, Cuba, Japan, Denmark and Portugal to name but a few.
Ben Hazleton has been performing professionally in the UK and internationally for over 25 years. Based in London since 1995, he has become a sought-after double bass player, regularly appearing at iconic venues such as Ronnie Scott’s, the 606 Club, The Jazz Café, and Pizza Express Dean Street. His career spans festivals, private events, and prestigious stages across Europe.
Filippo Galli - a London based drummer and educator with 15 years of performing experience touring UK and Europe. With a masters in music performance and another one in music composition for film Filippo’s approach to music is very broad and embrace music in its whole spectrum. His influences mainly comprehend jazz, electronic and world music. He played in the top UK festivals and venues such as London Jazz Cafe, Boomtown, Wilderness and Victorious festival.
