Described as an exciting new voice on the UK jazz scene, tenor saxophonist Matt Telfer returns to Jazz Café POSK with an almighty band to play the music of Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers. Teaming up with regular collaborator Ronnie Scott's Andy Davies on trumpet, the Blakey's Boys will perform arrangements from The Jazz Messengers vast 40 year career. With Benet Mclean on piano, Ben Bastin on bass, Gabor Dornyei on drums, you can expect an explosive night of hard swinging action.
